Cambio de titularidad / Pass name change. Madrid Swing Exchange
Para cualquier cambio de titularidad de pases, la fecha límite es el 15 de mayo.
Es imprescindible cumplir las siguientes condiciones:
El cambio debe realizarse por un pase del mismo tipo (rol, soci@ o no, Madrid o fuera).
Debe gestionarse dentro del plazo establecido, es decir, hasta el 15 de mayo.
Es obligatorio comunicarlo por email a madridswingexchange@madforswing.es para que podamos gestionarlo. Los cambios no serán válidos si no se notifican por email.
Si no se cumplen estas condiciones, no será posible acceder a la sala ni recibir la información del evento.
Además, recuerda que solo podrán acceder las personas que figuren en el listado de asistentes, y será obligatorio presentar DNI o documento de identidad equivalente en la entrada.
Sabemos que las condiciones y términos de los festivales no siempre se leen, pero en este caso es fundamental tenerlos en cuenta. Esto nos ayuda a garantizar tu participación y a que todo funcione correctamente durante un fin de semana que llevamos meses preparando con mucho cariño.
Any name changes for your pass absolutely must be completed by 15th May.
Please make sure you meet the following conditions:
The pass must be the same type (role, member/non-member, from Madrid/outside Madrid).
The change must be registered within the deadline (by 15th May).
You must email madridswingexchange@madforswing.es so we can process the change.
If these conditions are not met, you won’t be able to access the venue or receive event information.
Remember: only people on the attendee list will be allowed in, and you must bring a valid ID (passport or equivalent) to enter.
We know terms and conditions are often overlooked, but in this case it’s really important to read and follow them. It helps ensure you get access and keeps everything running smoothly for a weekend we’ve been working on for months.
