Condiciones de uso de la sala / Conditions for using the Teatro Las Vegas
La sala Teatro Las Vegas nos incluye unas condiciones para utilizarla, en las que necesitamos la colaboración de todas las personas asistentes. En resumen, se trata de
- No se permitirá meter en la sala botellas vacías o llenas, ni comida.
- A las 3:30 de cada noche, la sala deberá estar desalojada.
- No hacer ruido en el exterior de la sala y al salir, a partir de las 12:00 de la noche
Agua:
Se revisarán las bolsas en la entrada; se retirarán las botellas.
Habrá dispensadores de agua.
Se venderán botellas pequeñas de agua, de tercio de litro, a 1€
Comida: No se puede introducir comida de ninguna clase . La organización sacará fruta al final de cada noche. Habrá food-trucks en la terraza hasta su hora de cierre.
Cierre de la sala: Apuramos las actuaciones y la música lo más que el horario nos permite a cambio necesitamos que, al acabar la música, salgamos rápido de la sala.
Guardarropa: Cada prenda, 3€
Bebidas:
Agua 0,33 l.: 1€
Cerveza y refrescos: 3€ (El Full Pass incluye dos bebidas de éstas)
Copa estándar: 8€

El comportamiento de las personas que bailamos swing y blues es, por encima de la media, cortés, cívico y limpio y gracias a eso podemos embarcarnos en aventuras como organizar un gran Madrid Swing Exchange y contratar una sala como la de esta edición.
Necesitamos la colaboración total y comprometida de todas las personas que acudiremos al Teatro Las Vegas; desde los actores (bandas, profesores), hasta la propia organización, bailarines y bailarinas.

The room at the Teatro Las Vegas has conditions, so we need everyone’s help to ensure they are met .
Basically they are:
- We cannot take food or empty or full bottles inside.
- We must clear out before 3:30 every night.
- After midnight, we mustn’t make any noise outside or on leaving.
Water:
All bags will be checked on entry and bottles removed.
There will be water dispensers.
Small bottles of 0,333 litres of water will be sold for 1€ each.
Food: No food of any kind may be taken inside.
The organisation will put out fruit at the end of each night session.

Room closing: We want to keep the music and acts going right up to the last minute, but that means that the moment the music stops, everyone leaves straight away

Drinks:

Beer and soft drinks: 3€ ( Full Pass includes two drinks: beer or a soft drink)

The behaviour of people who dance swing and blues is above-average polite, civil and clean. So we feel fine embarking on an adventure like the Madrid Swing Exchange and hiring a place like the Teatro for this year’s Exchange.
But we do need total cooperation and commitment from everyone coming to the Teatro Las Vegas. That includes the protagonists (bands and teachers), the organisers themselves and, of course, the dancers.
