Estos días estamos cerrando la lista de participantes en el IV Madrid Lindy Exchange. Siempre tenemos algunas cancelaciones de última hora de Full Pass o Saturday Pass y aún nos quedan unos pases disponibles para la fiesta del sábado. ¿Queréis conseguirlos? Apuntaos a través del formulario de registro que encontraréis en la página oficial del evento. ¡Solo hay que hacer clic!
También nos podéis mandar un email a lindy.exchange@madforswing.es para que nos pongamos en contacto con vosotros cuando se produzca una cancelación.
Saturday pass : tenemos una lista de espera para followers sueltas. Líderes, lideresas, any role, ¡animaos!
Estas son las condiciones para la compra de los pases en caso de cancelación:
- Compra de pase de leader o any role: no puede haber cambio a follower para equilibrar los diferentes roles.
- Paso de Saturday Pass a Full Pass: en este caso y para facilitar la gestión, MAD for Swing devolverá el dinero del Saturday Pass.
- Compra de pase de socio de MAD for Swing por un no socio: el no socio tendrá que abonar la diferencia a la organización.
Según nuestra política de cancelación, publicada aquí, no devolvemos el dinero ya abonado (con la excepción antes citada), pero intentamos encontrar sustitutos. Os ponemos en contacto y sois vosotros quienes tenéis que llegar a un acuerdo. En cuanto nos lo comuniquéis, efectuaremos el cambio de titular y con esto ya podréis recoger vuestros pases el día del registro. Aunque confiamos en la buena fe de todos los implicados, no podemos responsabilizarnos de las transacciones monetarias que hagáis entre vosotros.
Si no tenemos gente disponible en lista de espera, la mejor solución es que pongáis un anuncio en la página Facebook del IV Madrid Lindy Exchange, la de MAD for Swing, o la de Swingmaniaticos.
Para aquellos que no acudáis a las fiestas: ¡os esperamos en las actividades abiertas del sábado y el domingo!
These days we are closing the list of participants to the IV Madrid Lindy Exchange. We always have some last minute cancellation both for Full Pass and Saturday Pass. Saturday pass: we have a waiting list for single followers. Leaders and any role: do not hesitate!
These are the conditions for purchasing a pass in case of cancellation:
- Leader or any role pass purchase: in order to keep the balance between roles, it is not permitted to change your pass to follower.
- Upgrade form Saturday Pass to Full Pass: In this case, we will reimburse you the cost of the Saturday Pass.
- MAD for Swing members to non-members pass purchase: non-members must pay the prize difference to the organization.
According to our cancellation policy, hereby published, we do not offer refunds for cancelled tickets (with the exception above) but we try to find you a substitute. We help you to get in touch and you have to work out an arrangement on your own. As soon as you tell us, we will proceed with the registration change. This is enough to pick up your pass the day you make the registration. Although we trust in the participant’s good faith, we cannot assume any liability on the monetary arrangements made among the participants.
